asking for a prayer request here that sometimes a little extra help doesn't

We lost a little girl 5 years ago when I was 24 weeks pregnant and have
a healthy
2 year old boy, but would love to have one more to love and for Aaron to
have
someone to grow up with. It would be the best thing for us to happen
right now
because we have been wanting this for so long without success.
God works in many different ways so I hope this is one of them.

Ferguson passed away early Saturday morning. He was from Pleasant
Grove, AL. He suffered from a brain tumor and has been undergoing
chemotherapy treatments. Please remember his parents, Terry &

My Niece, Sueann and her husband DJ were at work on Monday night.
There was an explosion and DJ was hit. He was burned over 40%
of his body.
He was air evac to Erlanger Hospital in TN. He is in ICU on a ventilator.
If he survives, it will be months of surgeries and Rehab. He is burned
on his back,
chest, arms, legs, and face. Luckily his eyes were spared.
He is 23 and has 2 small
little boys. Dakota is 2 and Gage is 8 months. Please keep
them in your prayers as
this is going to be a long road to travel.

My newborn granddaughter

The Doctor he has had for
more than 7 years misdiagnosed him. He has been giving him
the wrong medication.
Now he is depressed, and sickly. He may have diabetes.
We will find out in a few
days. He said he feels much older than he really is.

My sister is manic depressive and an alcoholic. For 20 years,
she was out of our lives
and we avoided her abuse. I was able to avoid contact with her
because there wasn?t
a need for her presence. We were not settling an estate. When
my mother died of cancer,
we did not want to exclude her and so we welcomed her back into
our family.
She seemed to have stopped drinking and was sober and halfway
rational and easy to
be around. I actually saw a human being and not this nutcase
from 20 years ago.
We now have started estate planning with my dad, who turns 82
next August. My sister
has started to take control of matters and family gatherings.
She started drinking again a
year ago at the same time and has increasingly become more abusive.
The more she
drinks, the more abusive she has become. She doesn?t allow us
to express our feeling
and dominates every situation.
She tries to run our family and tells us not to call my Dad.
I tried to call him at Christmas.
She was drinking and would not allow me to talk to him and hung
up the phone after telling
me that the DVD player I gave him for Father?s Day quit working
and I needed not to call
him again and to stay away.
I have asthma and a learning disability due to a form of cerebral
palsy. I had trouble with
dexterity and coordination and was not able to drive. Sometimes
I get migraines that lead
to seizures. She made fun of my asthma because I was out of
breath and had trouble breathing.
She refused to help me and left the room. She told me I was
?fucking shit? and beneath me
and I was a disgrace to her and the family and an embarrassment
and the family fuck up and
beneath her and she could treat me like shit because I was nothing
and she was above me.
She told me that she did not want me around because I made her
sick and she didn?t want to
be around me if I got ill. She told me I was a burden to her
and that I ruined her life because
I ?messed up everything? and that my mother couldn?t stand me
and I was a cause of her
problems also and that I should have died. I inhaled toxins
at a job site and could not breathe.
I was left 45 minutes writhing in pain in front of a room of
people before an ambulance was
called. By the time I got to the hospital, I had to have emergency
surgery to repair a hernia,
caused by the heavy breathing. I have had mild schematic strokes
off and on since then,
which doctors think were caused by oxygen depravation because
I couldn?t breathe for so
long. I also have short-term memory impairments.
When I tried to stand up to my sister, she threatened to kill
me. She denies her abusive
behavior or threatens me to keep from being exposed.
I received an email from one of her coworker who had witnessed
her abusive behavior
towards coworkers and the use of state computers and phones
to make calls to me and
to get access to my records. The email also reported her for
using alcohol at work.
My counselor who forwarded it to a supervisor with the promise
the sender or the person
nor their email would not be given to my sister and it would
be held in confidence. This did
not happen and my sister has threatened me with legal action
for over a year. I learned from
the Des Moines (where she lives) police she had filed 54 police
reports in a short period of
time (none were against me.)
Kathy works for the State of Iowa and has access to a lot of
records in her job.
She accessed my Voc Rehab file, which is closed and contains
a restricted release of
information , requiring me to be notified of information released
so it is done without my
knowledge or permission. 12 years ago, I was misdiagnosed with
an 80 IQ and being
nonfunctional. Despite this restricted release of information,
job matters were decided for me
and I was denied assistance from an agency.
I was never informed of the meeting. The Iowa State Ombudsmen
sided with Voc Rehab
and that they could decide matters for me because of my ?incapacity.?
I have a BA degree in
Marketing. She was trying to get power of attorney over me so
that she could obtain my share
of our inheritance. It did not work and she became enraged and
threatened to destroy and kill
me again. She calls on my cell phone and uses state phones so
the calls come up unknown and
cannot be traced.
She let me know that she know has power of attorney over my
Dad and that I am out of the
will and the family and she will making decisions for now on
family matters and there is no
reason for me to be at family gatherings. She calls herself,
Kathy Almighty. She thinks that she
is invincible and above all, which I know is a symptom of manic
depression. Her drinking has
escalated her abuse.
I have another sister who was kept from gatherings also. We
were never allowed to share our
feelings. She would run the show. She is wanting all the money
and wanting to live with Dad
and be his caretaker. My Dad doesn?t want that, yet he doesn?t
stand up to her.
She manipulated $20,000 out of him and my Mom 20 years ago and
drank it away.
She threatened to harm my Mom if she didn?t get money. She stole
my grandmother?s
ruby rings which were sold for drinking money.
She has been in mental hospitals 3 times over the years we are
aware of.
I am asking for assistance in dealing with her and getting her
off my back and the threats of
her legal action stopped. I am also seeking assistance so that
she doesn?t use state resources
to gain access to more information that could lead to more fraud
and abuse. I do not need to
lose the ability to collect my inheritance or be at gatherings
because of her intolerance of my
asthma and to deal with my attacks. I feel that the State may
be scared of a lawsuit or harm to
others if they do anything or try to take action against her.
I also want the state to not allow or
tolerate use of state resources and access to information to
harm people and policies to insure
that citizens and state employees can report situations without
the fear of retaliation and that
names are not given for that reason.

I would like prayers for my friend. He has been
a single parent for 12 years,
since her birth. The mom never wanted her. His
name was put on the birth certificate.
Now, the mom requested dna to get her. They won't let
her have the the girl.
The sad part is, they found out that he is NOT the father.
The police walked in and took
the girl and put her in a foster home and won't let my friend
know where she is or see her.
This happened just a few days before Christmas. My friend
is the only family this little girl
has known. She is also a special needs child. Please
pray for solutions for this.

I am asking for Prayer for my friend, John. He is
going through a divorce and
I just want him to start being happy. Also I want
him to understand why as a
friend who truly loves him, I want to do the right things
in the eyes of God so
that we can have a good future together. He wants
to get married and I am
struggling with that right now because he is not divorced
yet (it will be about
4 months before it is final). I also ask for prayer
for my sight and to be able
to stop using alcohol as a self-medication. It is
affecting my health and my

I have a few prayer requests I would like to make. My first
one would be for my son, 13 y.o..
He was diagnosed with MS when he was 9. He has undergone
so many surgeries, and now
there is a strong possibility that he has MD as well. He
has the best disposition considering
all he has been thru and is still going thru. I pray that
my son will get healthy and live to be
whatever he wants to be and have. He is very spiritual
and I love him so much. Its not fair to
lose a child first. I've lost one, I don't want to lose
my son. I pray I won't.
My next prayer is for my daughter. I know that at 16, she
is going thru a lot of confusion.
She also has a head injury that she endured during kindergarten
from a teacher. She not only
rec'd. brain damage and a head trauma, but she all these
yrs., has been reluctant around those
of authority. They intimidate her. We all know where this
stems from. I pray that she will find
a way to work through this, let it go, and get on with
her life. I want her to have a good life.
We all want that for our children.
I am now requesting a prayer for myself. I have been looking
for my oldest daughter since
she was 2 mo. old. My ex sold her on the black market in
NY back in 1982, and I have
been trying to find her ever since. I pray that I will
someday find her and she (and her family)
will be a part of me (and my family). I also pray that
I will find the financial ass't. that I
desperately need before I do file bankruptcy and we lose
our home. I do not work as I am
disabled (permanently), and I was a victim of credit card
and identity theft. I cannot afford
to pay all the money back that is owed, and since they
are starting to sue me, even with the
Police Report, I pray for a MIRACLE . If something good
doesn't happen this month, I will
lose what we have. It is just me and my 2 children and
I am terrified. I am afraid I will lose
them if I don't have a home for them any longer. I need
a MONEY MIRACLE. I need to
pay off all my own debts, then work out something with
all these companies so that I dont
have to file bankruptcy. I have less than one week left
before I file.
I ask that everyone that reads this, please...from the
bottom of my heart, Pray For Us.
We need Divine Intervention now.

Please pray for me that I will be able to refinance or get
some kind of loan to pay of my
ex husbands bills of $100,000 I need to keep my home going
with all the utilities and
especially the rising cost of oil, that I heat my home
with,in the Northeast. It's already
cold enough to snow and oil is over $3/gal
I don't know if I can keep up with it.
Also I like to ask for some prayers or my daughter. She
has her heart set on a particular
young man,John.who doesn't seem to grasp her faith, love
and kindness.Pray that they
will be united in faith,friendship and love now and forever.
I also thank God for all the blessings he has bestowed
on us and hope in faith that

I would like to request a prayer for myself, my daughter
and my significant other.
My request is for Ben (my s.o.) to get sober. He
has been battling a crack addiction
since I met him in 1993. His bouts with this nasty
disease of addiction have wreaked
havoc on all three of our lives and as I write this request
this evening I find myself once
again worrying as to his whereabouts, you see he is out
on another run... In addition,
I ask that the Lord help him with his other addiction,
overeating. Ben has ballooned
to over 360 lbs. With this severe obesity he has
ongoing health problems, mainly that
of a chronic ulcer on his leg, brought about by a condition
named Cellulitis.
This chronic infection of his leg is exasperated each
and every time he goes out on his
crack runs and when he returns, his leg is almost always
re infected and then we have
a visit to the emergency room with a stay of at least
3 days in the hospital. Because
of this, we are constantly seeing paychecks of little
to nothing because he does not get
paid when he does not work. His employers have been
so understanding. They do
not know of his disease with the crack addiction and when
he gets sick with his leg,
they think that he just needs to really focus on his health.
This brings me to my request. I have been focusing
on getting a really well paying job
so that I can make financial headway on my own to be able
to provide for myself and
my daughter. Most of the time I am the only one
bringing in an income and I have to
say that it is hard to keep struggling with one income
that does not seems to go as far
as it used to. I have been looking for a job (for
about 3 months now) with a far better
salary so that I can provide stability for my daughter
and myself, without having to count
on the little salary that Ben brings in when he is working.
Unfortunately, my job search
has yielded me very little to almost no responses.
I ask for prayers that I can accomplish
getting a job that will provide me with a sound, financial
future - one that will allow me to
only have one good job to pay all of my debts without
worry of Bankruptcy and one
where I won' have to have a part-time job to make ends
meet.
For my daughter I wish sanity. I know that at the
age of 12 she understands what is going
on, but does not really ask because I think she does not
want to know how far reaching
and devastating this disease can be. I hope that
she can find serenity in knowing that this
is in no way her fault, it is her dad that has this disease
that he is unable or perhaps unwilling
to try to overcome. She is a great student, with
goods grades, really good friends and an
outgoing view on life. I want her to be able to
continue down this good path. And lastly
I pray that she keeps God in her heart and knows that
he will always look out for all three
of us.

Fri. Night. This was Bayla's step Uncle.
This will be a very hard time for Ceritha and Miss Helen

ahead. They have both been very good to my child and
me and right now they could use all the
prayers and good thoughts they can get. So please pass
this around and help me get some

I really need your prayers. The reason is my great
nephew or Grandson
(He has called me grandma since my dear sister passed
away a year ago with brain cancer!)
The Little guy is 4 years old and has the supervirus
that they talk about on TV. They don't
know where he contacted this virus. As you have heard
it is deadly. His temp. was 105.8
as of Mondy night. They did surgery on him. Because
it went into his knee and they don't
know if they can save the leg or not. So far so good!
But if it contintues they will have to
take this leg.
So if you have only a moment to ask for a healing or
can bow your head just for a quick
help for him to the great spirit or send smoke his
way. I would be forever Grateful.

Dear Patsy,
Please say a prayer
for my husband Terry . He had Kidney Cancer. After they removed
his kidney, uterer Some blood veins & Some arteies.
It was found in his Lipnods near where
the kidney was. He has had some chemo and now he
is in radation for five weeks plus, chemo
too. It is high grade cancer. He needs lots
of prayers he is only 48 years old. I pray he gets
better too. I love him very much. Prayers

All of you that know me personally know what
is going on here in my Life.....
or lack there of.....LOL Well on top of all
of that.......my daughter had a rod blow
in her car........she is using our van. Tonight my
youngest son called........his truck is
in the ditch......broken axel....etc Thank God.........he
is not injured.........but the truck
is totaled. Now we have one vehicle........over 350,000
miles on her for all of us to get
where we need to go........they both work different
shifts.......crossing hours........
So we will be stressed more than normal for a bit.
Please pray things will soon improve
in this household. My oldest son is having his share
of problems with workmen's
compensation, has a hearing this week as well. So
it is my entire family going through all
of this mess. Please keep all of my kids in your prayers
that they can get things back together
soon............and pray I can keep my sanity with
all that is going on, between our situation and
all of the kids.

I am border line obese, diabetic type 2, high blood

Dear Patsy,
I was so glad to get
this e-mail. I don't really know how I got it but I am sure glad
I opened it. I couldn't even begin
to tell you just how much I needed this.
I pray so many times everyday, my family prays,
my friends pray and the church prays.
But it still seems that everyday something else
comes crashing down on me. It is said that
God will only put on your shoulders what he thinks
you can handle. I have very small
shoulders and with everything that been put on
my shoulders in the last 3 yrs I still don't
know how I am standing.
I am 45 years old, I have 4 children, 3 which
are still at home and getting ready to be a
grandmother in about a month. My granddaughter
is going to be born pre-mature so I also
need prayers for her. My husband abandoned
us almost 2 yrs ago, I was a stay at home
Mother. He got on alcohol, bad drugs and
gambling, I tried to take him for help but he
refused it. Before that I had been in an
automobile accident and up to this date I have had
to have 3 major surgeries and my back, neck and
legs hurt day and night. I have not been
released from the Doctor and their is no type
of work that I can go out and do.
In the process of all of this, I am now in a
Foreclosure action suit with the mortgage company.
I have owned my own for 14 yrs and I do not want
to lose it but I have no way of making the
payments if I can't work. The mortgage
company will not work with me. The kids and I do
not know what we will do if we don't have a home.
My family and Churches have been helping
me with Electric Bill, etc., Department of Human
Services with Food and Medical. We went
the whole summer without air conditioning to
keep the electric bill down and in August it was
in the triple digits. My clothes dryer quit working
at the beginning of summer so I am having to
hang our clothes on the line, I sure hope that
I will be able to get it fixed before it starts getting cold.
No one has any knowledge where my husband is
who was court ordered to pay child support,
etc...which of course I have not seen a penny.
Just found out that unless I can come up with
$525.00 then we will have no heat this winter.
I have looked into doing things at home on the
Internet to make money but everyone costs and
I don't have the money for the start up.
The above is just a sample of what my kids and
I are going through.
PLEASE PRAY FOR MY CHILDREN, MY SOON TO BE HERE
GRANDDAUGHTER
AND MYSELF. I KNOW AND EVERYONE ELSE AROUND ME

informed he is in stage 4 with Cancer
of the liver, lung and spine. He had prostate
Cancer 4 years ago and had an operation
for that. Now it's else were in his body.
We just lost a sister only 6 months ago. And

arrested 3 weeks ago today on alleged rape charges
near Seattle. It was a miracle that
we could bail him out.
He is totally innocent and would never violate
anyone or harm them. This woman's evil lies could
destroy my son if not stopped.
Please pray for favor for my son and that
these charges are never filed. That those in charge
know
that he is innocent and that going forward
would destroy him. Pray for his protection, strength, wisdom,
guidance and favor. And above all that
these charges are not filed and this horrible evil is stopped.

hello I am writing to ask that you please
pray for Isador Joseph Garcia, he is my brother and
he is current being swallowed up in the
drug scene. His wife has filed for a divorce, he is
homeless at this time. The glimmer of hope
for him is the fact that he has been offered his
previous job back and he starts tomorrow
if he will just show up. He lives in the Seattle
area and I live six hours away. His wife
is currently seeing another man and his son does
not have school clothes, supplies to start
school tomorrow. I pray for him each time he
comes to mind and he has said he will at
least call me every few days to let me know he
is still alive, I just am asking prayers
for him to be able to get the help he desperately needs.
I am also requesting prayers for his son
and all that are affected by his drug use.

I would like to put a prayer request in
for myself. I was diagnosed
with cirrohsis of the liver. I had two
differnet verices bleeds where I
lost half the blood in my body. One year
later diagnosed with colon
cancer. I had a tumor removed with
part of my colon. I had to be 5
years cancer free to be qualified for
the organ transplant list. I met
that deadline in Sept of 2006.
I am now on the transplant list at Mayo
Hospital. I recently had a skin cancer
removed.
My recent problem probably seems minor
compared to the above, but due
to the 5 yr wait I take at least 11 different
medicines, which took a
toll on my teeth. The main things
that have kept me going all this
time is my eating several times a day
& all the right foods, along with
my positive attitude & spiritual
beliefs. I recently had to have all
my bottom back teeth removed. This
makes it very hard for me to eat
some of the neccessary foods that my
disease requires. I have been
trying to get my insurance to approve
a partial for the bottom teeth.
My insurance does not normally approve
this. I will be going through my
last appeal for my insurance to pay for
this partial. My hearing is
Sept. 24th. I would appreciate
prayers for the insurance company to
approve my partial. This hearing is my
final hope to keep going on.
Myself, I will not pray for a liver because
that would mean someone
else needs to die. So I will just take
it a day at a time.
My husband put his life on hold &
quit his job, to take care of me, & I
am on disablity, so I have two people
living on 1,000 a month, so I
cant afford this for myself. My rent
is $630 a month, electric bill
$250, & other bills i.e. car insurance,
etc. As you can see I can't
afford teeth work for myself.

My family could really
use prayers now! We are really struggling financially!
We are two months behind on our house
payments, the insurance was do last
week & our taxes, we need at least
$3000 to catch up on all this & more!
My husband has decided to sell his boat
but no one has showed interest yet!

or that we can come by the money by some miracle!!

Desperate need spiritual help to find
a meaningful job that pays enough to pay the bills.
I have asked the Lord for help for sometime
and he HAS sent help along the way to help
me endure the stuff that should not
have to be endured in a work place. The stress has
become so over whelming, not from the
job but from the politics of it and the harassment
that I don't think I can do it anymore.
This breaks my heart cause I work with the disabled
population an love advocating for them.
In order to do so I have had to endure so much
stress from supervisors and harassment
from trying to advocate for the best interest of my
employees and those individuals with
disabilities I work for. I just don't think I can go on
much longer for the sake of my health.
Can you please add me to the prayer list for
God to bring something else my way that
is doing his work...

Dear Patsy –
I have been disabled since 2004 because
of a car accident in 2002.
I tried to work (was only able to
do part time) when I was finally able to come back
to work. And I have been fighting
with Social Security for my SSI benefits since
March 2004. I went to my hearing last
week and now I have to go to their doctors,
something that should have been done
a long time ago. I would like to ask everyone to
pray that I am able to get in with
the doctors very quickly and then have my other hearing.
And that I will be rewarded my benefits.

This is PJ and I Need Your Prayers
My husband(Theo) was admitted to
the hospital last week with what they thought was
a spider bite(brown recluse)..his
leg swollen,red,redness traveling up the leg,and a lot
of pain,couldn't put any pressure
or weight on it at all
Well now they are saying they don't
know what it is.. They have never saw a case like
his and there's not a lot they know
to do because it's never been out there yet from anyone...
so it's a guessing game every way
or whatever they think of to do..they are guessing..and
their giving him IV antibiotics(very
powerful ones)and so far it has made the swelling go
down and a lot of the redness fade..but
they still don't know where..or how or..why he
got it or what it is..there's no
name for it they say..and they don't know why his body isn't
fighting infection like it should..and
why oral antibiotics do not work on him or did not work
on him when it first happened..and
his condition went from a small pimple like sore on his
calf to all I described above in
a matter of 48 hrs.,..and why he isn't able to kill any infection
he has or will have
All his vitals are great and normal..
His blood work they say is good. The bacteria is not in his
bloodstream anymore.. But it's still
in the muscles and tissues and cells in his leg
It's really scary and the thought
of losing him has me..well.. I'm an emotional wreck when
I'm
alone but around him I have to stay
strong and positive
Please Pray For Him and For US..
I don't know what tomorrow will bring
and that's so frightening and not being able to do
anything or them figuring out the
why's and the how's of this all is just overwhelming to say
the least
They run me away the nurses and doctor
did tonight..made me leave they did..but not before I
showed them my stubborn side..which
I called back and apologized for..but he's my husband and
regardless of what our ups and downs
in life has been together.. I Love Him with everything I
have
in me (17years) and they saw that
side of me tonight..(kind of funny in a way..hubby said he
didn't
know I had that in me..lol)

The Road was bad with ice.He was

time. She was so close to Junior.My husband ask his
mother out for supper for Valentine
day. He was a great person. A great Dad.

Hello, How are you doing?
I know it has been a long long
time since I have written you.
As the subject states, I have
some sad news to tell you.
On June 6TH my dear wife Kathy
passed away.
We would have been married for
12 years this year.
She died 18 days before.
She had gotten diarrhea, off
and on, but she always refused to go to a doctor.
She wound up having double pneumonia,
and kidney failure. We also suspect she had diabetes.
I wont know anything until I
get the autopsy report.
I sent you an e-mail the other
week. but I don't think you got it.
I wrote Trish, from Mom and Dads,
to tell her of Kathy's passing, and she sent me this e-mail
address to try you at.
Well, I can tell you that I have
been keeping busy with things.
Aside from copping with the loss,
I've been going through things, and trying to get rid
of credit
cards with her name on them.
I also have been doing things
like going to Baseball games, and both families functions.
Yes, I've decided to go to things
with my family. I figured it didn't do any good to hold
grudges
anymore. ( I found out just how
short life really is.)
I also wanted to tell you Thank
You for helping us all those years, trying to help us
find a way to
have a child. Unfortunately though,
we never could have one.
It's O.K. though, I just keep
thinking of the Garth Brooks song "Unanswered Prayers".
It helps me to remember just
how blessed I truly am, and have been all my life.
( It just came on the CD I'm
listening to right now.)
It is so weird, as you well know,
being with-out Kathy.

granddaughter. She is only 10 years old. About
2 months ago, they found
out she has a very rare form of leukemia. They sent
her to Vanderbilt Children's
Hospital immediately. She has not been able to
even come home for a visit.
They are trying everything they can do to save
her life. She is on experimental
tratments right now. She has been turned
down by other cancer hospitals
because she is so ill at this time. She is in
line for a bone marrow transplant.
Let's all take the time to pray to God
for healing and for this

My daughter-in-laws father just went in for a lung
biopsy last week..
she tearfully
told me that he has Cancer and all the Doctors could
say is..
Maybe 5 years
if that?
I lost my Father
7 years ago to pancreatic cancer so I know just what

through in the days to come
Her and I have
had our differences over the years (I think you know
of some of them)
But yesterday
I cried and cried for her cause I know that pain she's
