Chewy Granola Squares
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2/3 cup melted margarine
1/2 cup honey
Combine all ingredients except
margarine and honey. Once mixed, stir in the margarine and honey until
completely combined. It will be very sticky. Press firmly in a 9" square
pan.
Bake at 350*F for 20-25 mins, until
golden. When cool, cut in bars and refrigerate.

Chocolate No-Bake
Cookies
Ingredients:
1 Stick Margarine (1/2 cup)
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
3 TBS Cocoa
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Cups Oatmeal
Directions:
Melt margarine, sugar, milk, &
cocoa over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Boil, while stirring constantly,
for one minute. Remove from heat. Mix in PB & vanilla. Stir
in oatmeal and mix well. Drop by spoonful

Peanut Butter Candy.
Very easy!
Pare and boil two potatoes until
cooked. Drain and mash with one Tbls.
of butter. Mix in a pound and a half
of powdered sugar.
Roll out until very thin. Spread with
peanut butter. Roll back up and
cut in slices.
Done! Yum!

Apple Pie
1 pie crust
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 cups thinly sliced, peeled cooking
apples
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup caramel ice-cream topping
1. For Crumb Topping, stir together
brown sugar, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, and the oats. Using a pastry blender,
cut in butter or margarine until the topping mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl stir
together the granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, the cinnamon, and salt.
Add apple slices and gently toss until coated. Transfer apple mixture to
the pastry-lined pie plate. Sprinkle Crumb Topping over apple mixture.
3. To prevent overbrowning, cover
edge of pie with foil. Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 25 minutes. Remove
foil. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes more or until top is golden. Remove from
oven; sprinkle pie with pecans, then drizzle with caramel topping. Cool on
a wire rack. Makes 8 servings.

CHEESECAKE MY WAY
1-8 oz. cream cheese
(softened)
1-3 oz. lemon Jello
1 cup boiling water
1 large can Milnot (chilled)
1 large can of Dole Crushed
pineapple ( drained well)
1 box of graham crackers (crushed)
1 stick or 1/4 cup butter (melted)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
Melt butter, and crush graham crackers,
mix together and line a 13 by 9
inch pan Mix 1 cup boiling water
with package of lemon jello and sit aside to cool. Cream together: vanilla,
sugar, cream cheese. Mix in the pineapple with the creamed mixture
When jello is cooled add to the above
mixture Whip Milnot until it forms stiff peaks, then gently fold in the mixture.
Pour into the graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
until is has seat up and becomes solid.

Cracker Barrel
Double Fudge Coca Cola Cake
Ingredients:
1 C. Coca-cola
1/2 C. oil
1 stick of margarine
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 C. sugar
2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 C. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation:
In a saucepan bring coca-cola,
oil, margarine,and cocoa to a boil. In a separate bowl mix together the sugar,
flour and salt. Pour the boiling liquid into the dry mixture and beat well.
Add eggs,buttermilk, baking soda and vanilla and beat well. Pour into a greased,
floured sheet cake pan (13x9) and bake at 350 for 20 -25 minutes.
Frosting:
1/4 lb. margarine
3 Tbsp.cocoa
6 Tbsp. cream or milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 1 C. pecans chopped
1 lb confectioners sugar
In a saucepan, combine the butter,
cocoa and milk and heat until the butter melts, beat in the remaining ingrediants
and spread on the hot cake...cool and cut

Butterscotch Crunches
Very easy, wicked yummy!
You need: 2 cans of Lachoy Chinese
noodles, 1 can salted peanuts and 1 bag of Nestles butterscotch morsels.
That's it!!!
Melt the butterscotch, add the noodles
& the peanuts.
Mix well. Drop on cookie sheet.
Put in fridge for 5 minutes then pig out. Enjoy!
